龍泉店開展水產專業知識培訓

6月6日,總部培訓龍泉店水產專業知識進行專項培訓。13:30培訓正式開始,總部人資副經理唐子喬開場講話,介紹講師及培訓內容,并強調培訓過程中紀律問題。龍泉店店長宋紹君致辭,對本次培訓背景做介紹,并培訓學員做課前鼓勵。隨后,生鮮三部水產項目戴剛戴老師從認識各種水產養殖器具到過濾缸的鋪設和維護、從海水魚的鹽度控制再到養殖的水溫控制等等一一做詳細講解。

理論培訓結束后人資對學員進行現場測試,并在課堂間隙組織了一場小型企業文化活動,再由戴老師到賣場對學員做現場實操培訓,每位員工都積極參與其中,冰鮮品嚴格質量檢查、補冰等步驟一一進行實操。后,由人資、管理層、講師結合學員課堂表現和測試成績,指定小教員,對后期實操過程遇到的問題進行為期一個月的繼續指導和反饋。此次理論+實操的教學方式學員的接受度很高,參訓人員認真投入,講師對課堂氛圍把控到位,此次專項培訓任務圓滿完成。
